2、模板解析

可以看到申请书的模板除了称呼和结尾签名之外，一共十个关键点，共分为三大部分，也称为“三段式”。

第一段，（1）自我介绍(Self-introduction):重点介绍毕业院校、所学专业、毕业年限（时间）等。（2）写信目的(WritingPurpose)：本次写信是为了申请职位（求职）。

第二段，是申请信的最重要部分，主要介绍自己对申请职位的任职资格（Qualification）

(3)一句话说明自己具有该职位的任职资格，然后要给予具体说明。为了层次分明，可以使用循序数词Firstly,Secondly,Thirdly等。如果自己的英语水平比较高，可以用Tobeginwith,Inthesecondplace,Firstofall,Next,Lastly,等等。（4）首先，要讲自己所学专业与申请职位高度相关（highlymatchwith）。（5）其次，与申请职位相关（conceringthepostion）的工作经历（Workingexperiences）.(6)再次，突出自己的性格特点，细心和耐心（carefulandpatient）。（7）另外，自己还是外向型性格（extrovert），思想开明（openminded）,易与人相处。（8）小节，综合以上所述，认为自己够这个任职资格，是这个职位的合适人选（therightpersonorcandidate）。

第三段，谢意和期望。
